Welcome to Nashua Community College.
NCC has partnered with Rave Mobile Safety to provide an emergency notification service in support of the Jeanne Clery Act. Our goal is to communicate vital information to each member of our community within minutes of an emergency. NCC has partnered with Rave Alerts to provide this emergency alert system capable of delivering messages to your email addresses, as well as your landline, and cell phone (text and voice).
Your name and NCC e-mail address have been automatically added to Rave. If we have a cell phone on file for you, this number has also been added to Rave. It is strongly recommended that you add a cell phone or landline, as an additional means of contact. The Rave service, under the direction of Nashua Community College safety officers and administrators, will attempt to send you an e-mail and/or a text message in the event of emergencies and weather closures only.
Remember that logging on to this system requires you use your full CCSNH email address as a username (email@example.com). The password you choose does not change when you change your college email password unlike Canvas.
Need help? Place a ticket at NCCITSupport@ccsnh.edu.
You will also need to register yourself for Rave notifications at any additional CCSNH college you may attend by following the links listed on this page: https://www.ccsnh.edu/Rave
Rave does not charge subscribers to send or receive SMS messages. Standard or other messaging charges may apply depending upon your wireless carrier plan and subscription details.
